SHIPPING

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn't already been sent. Contact us with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you wish to change your order then contact us immediately and we will finalise the order with you.
All packages are sent via AUS Post from our warehouse in Melbourne.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days.
Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-5 business days. 
For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days.
If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at admin@platinumhealthsupply.com.au

 

RETURNS

Platinum Health Supply does not offer refunds on products that have been used. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or your delivery is not identical to your order please contact admin@platinumhealthsupply.com.au

      Please note, this is only applicable for items still within 14 days of purchase.
      We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product/s in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

      It can take up to 14 days for us to receive the returned product due to the shipping company. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.


      FAULTY PRODUCT

      If there is something wrong with the product you have received or your delivery is not identical to your order please contact admin@platinumhealthsupply.com.au

      If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

       

      PO BOX ORDERS

      Please note* We do not post to PO boxes. Please provide us with an address

      If you require a PO Delivery you will be asked to pay an additional $12.
