Both contain Fortasyn® Connect, so it mostly comes down to what suits your routine. The Liquid is a 125ml bottle you can drink straight away. The Powder is a 360g tin with about 12 serves that you mix up yourself, and it's lighter to carry if you're travelling. The flavours differ too: Vanilla, Strawberry and Cappuccino for the Liquid, and Vanilla & Banana, Lemon & Orange and Chocolate Hazelnut for the Powder.
