Collection:
Activheal Foams
ActivHeal foam dressings absorb wound fluid while cushioning the area, and come in bordered, non-bordered, adhesive and non-adhesive styles. This collection includes ActivHeal Silicone Foam Border, Silicone Foam No Border, Non Adhesive Foam (including a heel shape), Foam Adhesive, and Osmocel Si silicone foams, for wards, community nursing, GP clinics and aged care.
Choosing the right foam dressing
- Bordered silicone foams stay put on their own and suit most everyday wounds.
- Non-bordered foams are useful on fragile skin or when you'd rather secure with a bandage or tape.
- The ActivHeal Non Adhesive Foam Heel (18 x 12cm) is shaped to fit around the heel.
- Sizes run from 5 x 5cm to 10 x 20cm, so measure the wound before ordering.
How often should foam dressings be changed?
That depends on the wound and fluid levels; follow product instructions and your clinician's plan.
Do you supply facilities?
Yes, we deliver boxes and cartons to hospitals, clinics and aged care homes Australia-wide.
