Nope. Anyone can request a trial. If you have a referral from an OT or other health professional, that's great and it does help us understand your needs faster. But it's definitely not required to get started.

Absolutely not. The whole point of a trial is to help you make a confident decision, whether that's buying from us, hiring, or deciding the product isn't for you. We'd rather you walk away happy than pressured.

Of course. That's really common. Plenty of families get in touch on behalf of a parent, partner, or child. You're very welcome to come in together or have us deliver to their home.

We aim to follow up within 24 hours of your request. From there, it depends on what you need and your availability but we'll work with you to get something sorted quickly, especially if it's urgent.

Yes! We work with NDIS participants regularly and can support funded clients through the trial process. We can also liaise with your support coordinator or plan manager if that's helpful.

That's exactly why we do trials! If something's not working, just let us know. We'll have a chat, figure out what's missing, and suggest alternatives. Finding the right fit might just take a couple of goes and that's totally fine.
