Platinum Health Supplies are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider, offering an extensive range of products, with our aim for customers to have access to the best possible resources and support.
How to Order with Your NDIS Plan Manager
1. Select Products
Choose the products you want to order for the participant
2. Add to Cart and Checkout
Place your selected items in the cart and proceed to the checkout page
3. Add Email & Participant’s Details
Enter your email and the participant’s shipping address
4. Add Shipping Method
Choose your preferred shipping method
5. Choose NDIS Plan Manager Claim
Select the "NDIS Plan Manager Claim" option, add details and save for future orders
6. Complete Your Order
Finalise the order, and you’re done!
How to Order as an NDIA Client and let Platinum Health claim for you
1. Select Products
Choose the products you want to order for the participant
2. Add to Cart and Checkout
Place your selected items in the cart and proceed to the checkout page
3. Add Email & Participant’s Details
Enter your email and the participant’s shipping address
4. Add Shipping Method
Choose your preferred shipping method
5. Choose NDIS Plan Manager Claim
Select "Platinum to Claim" option, add details and save for future orders
6. Complete Your Order
Finalise your order, and Platinum will handle the rest!

Self Managed
Payment is taken or an invoice can be issued
If Self Managed, orders can be placed through the website and you can sign up to our customer portal to later access order history. Orders can also be emailed or phoned through to our Customer Care team.
Plan Managed
Invoices are issued to your Plan Manager
For Plan Managed participants a Biller Authority Form must be completed to ensure transparency with funding and your Plan Manager.
NDIA Managed
Invoices are claimed by us through the NDIA Portal
Platinum Health Supply can claim directly to the NDIA through the NDIA Portal with a completed Service Agreement Form.
