TENA Pants

Collection: TENA Pants

TENA Pants for Bladder & Bowel Leakage

Pull-up incontinence pants are the format that most closely resembles regular underwear — they go on and come off the same way, they look similar under clothing, and for people managing their own continence care, they’re the most independent option in the TENA range. TENA Pants take that format and build serious protection into it: FeelDry Advanced moisture management, ProSkin skin protection technology, breathable fabric, and absorbency levels that cover moderate through to heavy leakage across day and overnight use.

This collection covers all TENA pull-up pants we stock: ProSkin Pants in Super and Maxi absorbency across multiple sizes, and the Discreet Super High Waist Creme range for people who prioritise an underwear-like appearance and fit.

What’s in the TENA Pants Collection

TENA Pants are self-contained pull-up incontinence pants. The absorbent layer is built into the garment itself, so there’s no separate pad to position or fixation underwear required. They’re worn and changed like regular underwear, making them the most straightforward format for people managing their own continence care independently.

TENA ProSkin Pants Super — Large & Extra Large.

The Super absorbency level handles moderate to heavy leakage, covering most everyday daytime needs and overnight use for people with moderate leakage volumes. The ProSkin fabric is soft and breathable with elasticated leg openings that hold the product securely during movement without digging in. FeelDry Advanced draws moisture away from the skin surface into the absorbent core quickly, keeping skin drier between changes. Available in Large (100–135cm waist) and Extra Large (120–160cm waist).

TENA ProSkin Pants Maxi — Medium, Large & Extra Large.

Maxi steps up the absorbency for heavier leakage, longer wear periods, and overnight use where higher volumes are involved. A common choice in aged care settings and for people at home managing more significant continence needs where frequent changes aren’t always practical. The same ProSkin skin protection technology and FeelDry Advanced moisture management as the Super, with a higher absorbency capacity. Available in Medium (80–110cm), Large (100–135cm), and Extra Large (120–160cm).

TENA Pants Discreet Super High Waist Creme — Medium & Large.

The Discreet range delivers the same Super absorbency as the standard ProSkin Pants in a format designed to look and feel more like regular underwear. The higher waistband, cream colour, and slimmer profile make it the closest thing in the TENA pants range to a conventional brief. For people who find the protection adequate but want something that sits more naturally under clothing and feels less clinical to wear, the Discreet High Waist Creme is the better fit. Available in Medium and Large.

Understanding TENA Super vs Maxi Absorbency

The most common question about TENA Pants is what the difference is between Super and Maxi, and which one to choose.

Super covers moderate to heavy leakage and works well for most daytime use and overnight protection for people with moderate volumes. Maxi provides a higher absorbency capacity and is better suited to heavier leakage, situations where changes happen less frequently, and overnight use for people whose leakage volume is higher.

A practical way to choose: if a Super is consistently leaking before the next change, Maxi is the right step up. If a Maxi feels excessive — barely used at change time — Super is the more comfortable option. Most people find the right level within one adjustment.

Absorbency level and size are independent of each other. A larger size doesn’t mean more absorbency, and a smaller size doesn’t mean less. Sizing is purely about fit.

How to Choose the Right TENA Pants Size

TENA Pants are sized by waist measurement. Medium fits 80–110cm, Large fits 100–135cm, and Extra Large fits 120–160cm. Some sizes overlap — if you’re between sizes, going up a size generally provides a more comfortable fit without compromising the leg seal that prevents side leakage.

A well-fitting pant should sit snugly against the body without cutting in at the waist or legs. If the leg openings are leaving marks or feeling uncomfortable, the size is likely too small. If the product is sagging or shifting during wear, it may be too large.
