How to Order with Your NDIS Plan Manager
1 Add Products
to Your Cart
Select the products you'd like to purchase and proceed to checkout.
2Enter Shipping Information
Fill in your shipping details to ensure delivery to the correct address.
3Choose "NDIS Plan Manager Claim"
In the payment options, select "NDIS Plan Manager Claim" and provide your NDIS number, Plan Manager's company name, and email address.
4Complete
Your Order
Choose "NDIS Payment" as the payment method, and we'll send a quotation to your Plan Manager. Once payment is confirmed, we'll dispatch your order right away!

How the NDIS funds are managed, will determine how we process your order:
Self Managed
Payment is taken or an invoice can be issued
Plan Managed
Invoices are issued to your Plan Manager
NDIA Managed
Invoices are claimed by us through the NDIA Portal
If Self Managed, orders can be placed through the website and you can sign up to our customer portal to later access order history. Orders can also be emailed or phoned through to our Customer Care team.
For Plan Managed participants a Biller Authority Form must be completed to ensure transparency with funding and your Plan Manager.
Platinum Health Supply can claim directly to the NDIA through the NDIA Portal with a completed Service Agreement Form.
For Support Providers and Coordinators, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Short/Medium Term Accommodation (STA/MTA) providers, our customer portal for businesses allows for multiple users and addresses under the one account. We can arrange a consult with one of our account managers to discuss streamlining ordering and further options.
