每日3次或根据需要涂抹于患处。由于肥皂可能引起刺激，请使用肥皂替代品清洁皮肤。如果瘙痒严重或出现持续性鳞状瘙痒皮肤，请咨询您的医疗保健提供者以获得更合适的治疗。当病情好转后，继续使用成功的制剂，但频率降低，以使基础皮肤完全恢复。
