LYHER® 抗原检测是一种一次性、体外（体外）检测，旨在帮助诊断有 COVID-19 症状的个体中的 SARS-CoV-2 感染。该检测使用从您的鼻腔收集的样本（通过鼻拭子）来检测核衣壳蛋白 SARS-CoV-2 抗原 (Ag) 的存在。采用免疫分析技术检测 COVID-19 抗原。样本垫涂有胶体金结合抗体。质控区涂有山羊抗鼠免疫球蛋白 G (IgG)，检测区涂有抗 SARS-CoV-2 抗体。如果样本中检测到 SARS-CoV-2 抗原，T 线将变得可见。C 线应始终有颜色，否则检测无效。
预期用途：
- 本检测试剂盒适用于非实验室或临床环境（如家中）中未经培训的个人进行自检。
- 如果您有 COVID-19 症状，可以使用此检测。建议在症状出现后的前 7 天内使用该检测；该检测在感染后期和无症状个体中可靠性较低。
如果您有包括严重呼吸困难在内的严重 COVID-19 症状，请立即拨打三零（000），并告知接线员和抵达的医护人员您最近的旅行史以及与感染者的密切接触史。
警告和使用注意事项：
- 请勿在纸箱上的有效期之后使用检测试剂盒，或如果任何组件出现损坏或被篡改。
- 如果您未满 16 岁，必须请成人进行检测，或在成人监督下进行检测。
- 您不应在 2 岁及以下的儿童中使用此检测。
- 将检测试剂盒，包括所有组件，放在儿童接触不到的地方——误食稀释液可能很危险。
- 如果稀释液接触到您的皮肤或眼睛，请立即用大量水冲洗。
- 如果您在采集样本或解释结果时可能遇到困难，除非有人帮助您，否则不应使用此检测。
- 如果您容易流鼻血，则不应使用此检测。
