Depend Real Fit Underwear for Men is disposable continence underwear cut to look and feel like regular briefs, so it sits comfortably under everyday clothes. It suits men managing moderate bladder leakage who want the security of a pull-up without bulk, whether at work, out and about or living in residential care.

Choosing the right Depend daytime underwear

• Real Fit is designed for daytime wear, with a close, low-profile shape under trousers.
• Measure around the waist and hips and match to the size chart on the listing before ordering.
• If you only have light drips, a shield worn inside your own underwear may be enough; see Depend shields and guards.
• For overnight use, look at the Night Defence version in Depend men's nighttime underwear.

Does Real Fit look like normal underwear?

Yes, it is styled like fitted briefs, which is why many men prefer it for daily wear.
