Homecare Beds
iCare's homecare beds are built to bring hospital-grade function into a domestic setting without looking like hospital equipment. Four-function profiling — head lift, knee break, height adjust, and Trendelenburg positioning — in a design that fits a real bedroom. The IC333 Premium Homecare Bed and IC111 Deluxe Bed Base are the flagship models, with dual-motor power and safe working loads suited to a wide range of body types. A detachable headboard option keeps the bedroom looking like a bedroom.
ActiveX™ Mattresses & Toppers
iCare's ActiveX material is a proprietary gel-infused foam blend designed for pressure injury prevention, temperature regulation, and comfortable immersion. The IC20 Medium ActiveX Mattress balances pressure care and repositioning ease. The IC30 Gel-Infused adds a cooling layer for people who sleep hot. The ActiveX Topper upgrades an existing mattress without requiring a full replacement — a practical option for people not yet on a homecare bed. The King size is available for the topper.
Therapeutic Pillows
iCare's pillow range uses ActiveX gel bead technology and visco memory foam to support cervical alignment, reduce pressure on the neck and shoulders, and help maintain comfortable positioning through the night. The Visco Classic and Visco Cloud are memory foam options at different loft heights. The ActiveX Contour Neck Pillow uses gel beads for a pillow that can be moulded to individual shape preferences. The Body Pillow serves a different function — full-length positioning support for spine, hip, and leg alignment during sleep.
Cushions & Positioning Aids
Pressure care and positioning cushions for use in chairs, wheelchairs, and in bed. The Donut Cushion relieves coccyx pressure for people with tailbone pain. The Coccyx Wedge Cushion does similar work with a wedge angle that also improves seated posture. The Bed Wedge positions the upper body for reflux management, post-surgical recovery, or respiratory support. The Reform Seat Support and Half Lumbar Cushion address lumbar and lower back support in both seated and supine positions. The Pressure Pad is a flat pressure-relieving overlay for targeted use.
VMotion Recliner Chair
The VMotion is iCare's powered lift and recline chair — a clinical product with a domestic aesthetic. Four QuietDrive electric actuators combine rise-and-recline with an eight-point customisable comfort interface. It's suitable for home and clinical facility settings and addresses pressure care, postural support, and independent mobility in a single piece of furniture. The rise function assists people who struggle to stand from a standard chair, reducing carer burden and supporting independence. Available in a choice of fabrics.

ActiveX is iCare's proprietary gel bead and foam material — the same technology used across their mattresses, toppers, pillows, and cushions. It's what distinguishes iCare's pressure care products from standard foam alternatives.
ActiveX mattresses are available in firm (IC15), medium (IC20), and soft (IC25) immersion profiles. The IC30 adds a gel-infused cooling layer. Selection should be guided by a clinician or OT based on the individual's pressure care risk, weight, and mobility.
