How a mobile showroom visit works
Book a time.
Fill in the form or call us, and we'll arrange a day that suits you. Family, carers and your OT are welcome to join. (Most visits take about 45 to 60 minutes.)
We park outside your home.
Our van needs a safe, legal parking spot close by. Step inside using the wheelchair lift, with handrails and room to move.
Try it at your own pace.
Sit in the lift chairs, test the bed heights and controls, compare fabrics and models side by side. Where it's practical, we can bring selected items inside your home.
Decide when you're ready.
We'll give you a written quote, including for NDIS, Support at Home or DVA funding. There's no obligation to buy.

Why book a mobile showroom visit
A lift chair or homecare bed is a big purchase, and photos online can't tell you how it'll feel. A visit gives you the chance to find out before you spend anything.
Using funding? We can help with that.
OTs, physios, support coordinators and case managers can book a visit on a client's behalf and join the consultation. Tell us what you're recommending and we'll bring those models, so your client can trial them with you there. We'll send the quote through in time for your funding paperwork.
Funding approval depends on your plan or package. Some funded purchases need an OT assessment first, and we're happy to work alongside your OT.
Booking for a client?
We work with NDIS participants, Plan Partners and DVA cardholders, as well as people paying privately. After your visit, we'll provide a written quote in the format your plan manager, provider or funding body needs.

No. Visits are free, and there's no obligation to buy.

Yes. The van has a wheelchair lift and handrails, so you can come aboard without using steps. If you'd like a hand, our team will help.
A driveway helps, but it isn't essential. We need a safe, legal place to park close to your home. If there's a steep driveway, a gated complex or limited parking, let us know when you book.
Usually about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many products you'd like to try.
That's completely fine. Take the quote, talk it over with your family or OT, and call us when you're ready.
If getting to us is hard, we'll find a way to get to you.
