Are Wheelchairs Funded by NDIS or Support at Home?

Most questions in this series start with "is this funded." Wheelchairs tend to start somewhere else: "how long is this going to take, and will it actually cost me anything." That's not an accident. A wheelchair is one of the bigger, more involved pieces of equipment someone will get through either system, and the honest answer changes a lot depending on whether we're talking about a standard manual chair or something custom and powered.
