Here's how funding works, whichever way the plan is managed
Self Managed
You can place your order through the website and sign up for a customer portal to keep track of your order history. You're also welcome to email or call our team directly at 1300 60 44 99.
Plan Managed
Invoices are issued to your Plan Manager
For Plan Managed participants, we'll get a Biller Authority Form sorted so everything's transparent between us, you, and your plan manager.
NDIA Managed
We claim directly through the NDIA Portal, so you don't have to.
As a registered provider, we can claim directly through the NDIA with a completed Service Agreement Form. One less thing on your plate.
