- 量取：200 毫升液体使用一蓝色勺（1.2 克）可达到 IDDSI 1 级。2 级使用 2 勺，3 级使用 4 勺，4 级使用 6 勺。
- 混合：将粉末加入干净干燥的杯中，然后倒入液体（水、果汁、茶、咖啡）并立即搅拌。
- 静置：静置一分钟，让质地稳定。
- 食用：食用前检查稠度。初次增稠后不要再添加粉末。
